MRT Phetchaburi is roughly 210 m from Life Asoke, Makkasan station on the Airport Rail Link roughly 390 m, plus MRT Phra Ram 9 roughly 810 m. The tower sits in Huai Khwang district's Rama 9 area.

AP (Thailand) completed this single 35-storey building in 2018 with 1,642 units: studios (24 sq m), one-bedrooms (29 sq m), larger one-bedroom plus layouts (35 sq m) and two-bedrooms (54 sq m). Roughly 675 cars can park here, and the lifts number eight for passengers, two for service. The 7th floor holds the infinity-edge swimming pool, sauna, garden and fitness room, while a jogging track runs through the sky garden on the 35th floor. A library and multi-purpose room, key card access, CCTV and 24-hour security are also in place.
