Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums

Your address at Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums would be Bang Phli in Samut Prakan, with MQDC as the developer. Rather than one tall block, there are 6 low-rise buildings, none higher than 8 floors, with 269 homes altogether.

For workouts you get a gym, a room for yoga, a spot to practise golf and an exercise zone outside, plus a sauna. Adults and kids each have their own pool, and there's a warm pool for unwinding. Families can use the playground and an indoor playroom, and the dining room and meeting rooms are handy for guests or work. A concierge handles day-to-day requests, and EV owners can charge on site.
