Too compact this condo is

i can confirm the smell or sewer which other people mentioned. it appears every day in shower. terrible. also confirm that walls are thin. you can here every move of your neighbors. especially at night if you know what i mean. i had thin walls in condo for 9000thb that's why i expected a better materials in this expensive condo but there is no difference. building was finished in 2017 by AP Thailand. the price which you pay is mostly for location which is not the best. there is no shopping mall with affordable restaurants. in most of places price starts from 300thb per dish. most of them are ramen places. I'll update my review after i spend here more time.

It's nice place to live except I can hear my upstair neighbor all the time. Walls are so thin that you can hear them walking at times in absolute silence, set aside opening door, exercising, dropping something etc..

good location

A nice private and quiet place for rent at affordable price, only 600metres from BTS Thong Lo and there is free shuttle bus service to BTS all day. Highly recommend for Thai/expat to stay here as it's very easy to commute, stay close to Thong Lo, cheap food delivery fee from any place at heart of Bangkok. Contant me if you are looking for a studio :)
