Nice modern well maintained condo building, corner units with the terraces are particularly desirable. Pretty 27 floor rooftop pool, but who ever designed it needs to be fired. Pool and all the wet areas are surrounded by slippery large black ceramic tiles, when wet they can be deadly! While there I saw 2 people slip and fall on them, so I knew to be very careful. Last day after spending 3 weeks at the building after getting out of the pool (very carefully) I was standing toweling off and took a big fall. I'm hoping I didn't damage my tailbone because tomorrow I have to fly 18 hours back to the US. Hit my back and my head on the rock hard shinny slippery tiles, what a disaster after a successful trip. Entire surface needs to be replaced, other wise it's a very nice building with a great view and location.

Went there for a viewing. Not a bad building, great lobby, roof garden is terrific and the overall feel is great. The apartments however, at least from what I saw were not pleasant at all. Dim, poorly planned with tight spaces. The experience with the larger units may differ.

Nice condo and friendly juristic office, and less restriction on facilities. 1 star less as the condo was getting old and I used to saw cockroach at the rooftop public space. The neighborhood used to be more lively, but many shop were closed since Covid.

Its ok nothing fancy. Dont get tricked by the pictures its quite old and in middle of expad area. There are better places to stay in bkk.

Nicely located in bangkok cbd and surrounded by many varieties of restaurants/cafes and bars!! The condo itself is practical got everything you possibly needed
