This is a pretty nice condo that is really conveniently close to MRT and pretty close to BTS. The condo units are really nice, and they have a ton of very friendly and helpful people for staff. The place smells strongly of mothballs, but they could have fixed that by now. They have good security. It's part of the Life@ condos, which are always pretty nice. They are furnished, and they rent for a year.

Low rise condo great area to living

Good place to live peacefully and very close to Jatujak weekend market. Have convenient store 7-11 nearby. 300-400m to Sapankwai BTS station, Mochit BTS station, and Jatujak MRT station.

Good location but not luxury.

Good location, closing to BTS station. The condo is at good condition and facility is kept at good quality. For shoppers, there are few options nearby but BigC and a medium sized mart is at 10 min walking distance.
