The staff is super lazy. I think they spend more time on YouTube then managing the building. We mentioned that the tiles at the shower and the pool area are loose and the pool water is getting super dirty very often. The PH level is not getting checked daily. The parking is a chaos and not organized. The motorbike parking is a hassle. Hope the feedback helps.

Convenient place to stay, well maintained and relatively new. As the name indicates. It is a loft but unlike typical asian lofts, the ceiling dimensions are highe enough that the 2nd floor sleeping area is comfortable and there are no issues with standing or even raising your arms straight up. Typically, my experience has been that lofts in asia are so restrictive on the 2nd floor that one must crouch down, and induces a claustrophobic feeling that makes it uncomfortable to even sleep upstairs. That is absolutely not the case with L loft. The parking is not nearly sufficient for the amount of vehicles and so you can be stuck by a car parked in front of your car or even worse, one might have to find parking somewhere else which would be very inconvenient since there is no street parking.
