Welcoming staff with smiley face, very conveniently located near Silom Road, at very economical cost

The condo is in a very good area with many restaurants, cafes and convenient store. The building outside looked a bit old, but many rooms got renovated (inside for some rooms are great like a brand new), and the facility such as swimming pools and gyms are still functional well. Meeting rooms also available, but have to pay for 50THB/hour. What I like the most is the juristic person, which is very helpful providing the best services among the condos I every stayed.

Great location near MahaNakhon King Power, 5 min.walk from Chong Nonsi BTS and 20min. from Silom MRT. There are plenty of nice restaurants and night clubs in the surrounding area. The view is magnificent!!!
