Good place to live

Nice place to live. It has 3 swimming pools, and nearly a fitness room in every building. It has a nice roof garden and even a reading room. You can play table tennis or for a few baht snooker. The staff are very friendly and helpful and most of the time they find someone who can speak enough English to help if need be. The only drawback is that there are no footbridge near to cross the very busy Serithai road. The condos itself are nice and they do have 2 bedroom ones. Most are one room but they do have a nice variety in layout and size.

Security is good.

May be older than other condos, but overall it is ok. Quite quiet.
