Ideo Sathorn-Taksin

This condo was built many years ago, it is still in good shape. Rental units are relatively inexpensive. The best part is that it is right next to the BTS station Krung Thon Buri which makes it ideal for residents relying on Sky Train and MRT for travel. The lift to the station is literally right outside the gate. Also, the recently opened Icon Siam mall is about a 10-minute walk from the condo or one can take the free shuttle provided by Icon Siam. A sky train rail system is being built now to connect this BTS station to Icon Siam and beyond, so this area will become a busy hub soon (This posting is on Aug 2019). It is also a very convenient location for local food and essential items. There is a 7/11 and a Max Value mini-supermarket couple of minutes walking distance away. An insurance company nearby next to the stair exit of the BTS which attracts many local food vendors and kiosks serving lunch and dinner there and several coffee shops serving cakes and bread as well. So this is an exceptionally convenient location for travelers and expats.
