I rented a studio for nearly one year. Please dont rent any of rooms here if you are some people who cant sleep with noisy environment. Technically some of rooms are closely located to the road where you can be bothered by annoying vehicle horns and noisy neighborhoods. If you really like the room here coz it has a reasonable price, here is the advice. I rented smallest fully furnished room in the building with 9000.

Ive lived there for 2 years. The building has its own convenient store: Maxx Value, where you can buy freshly cooked meals. Its very accessible to the main road and BTS stations, hence youll hear the road noises in the evening. Their juristic office team is very helpful. Theres a range of washers on their 7th floor where you can also find the pool, gym, lounge, and study areas. Great security system. The lifts are not that small too.

Great location .. even though the room is on the small side . It has everything that you need . Facilities are well maintained .. great pool and Gym area . 24 hr Max Value at ground floor , and an.easy walk to BTS and also " The Mall " shopping complex .. recommend for a couple or perfect for single

-See fireworks from riverside and Asiatique often. -Have Max Value -Near 7-11 and restaurant -Near The Mall Thapra -Near The CUBE shop -There is a shuttle van to BTS, MRT and The Mall Tha Phra. -Nice views
