Nice studio apartment, secured condominium and with a Starbuck right at the ground level. Highly convenient, 3 mins walk to Phaya Thai BTS station and located at prime locations. Difficult to find if you're going there for the very first time by cab because there's a few IDEO Q near the area and if you can't read Thai (on google maps).

This place is my home it good sometime the neighborhood like to make the noice sometime they don't care everything I have to call the cops for take it
