Knot easy to accede , it'S VERY NOISY AT NIGHT

Good place to live. There are good sharing areas such as Fitness, Library, Activities room, swimming pool as well as the coffee shop, Amazon and the convenience stores, Max Value downstairs.

I visited all of the condos in this area for a rental. Unfortunately, this one is no reason for rental in my case. Yes, there has a convenience store and coffee shop on first floor and close to MRT. But other condos also not much different and far. The room is in good condition but I smelled something about nobody in those rooms and smell came out from drain. But agent keeps the rental price and no negotiable. And layout makes feel smaller and tight. The agent only shows up in 1 bedroom for 18,000B per month but I can get a new one from Life Asoke condo across the main road. There is better public space. But I can find a better price and reasonable conditions room from others. In a summarised good location and convenient for buying something but not good layout and expensive compare with other condos nearby.
