Lived here over 3 years, super close to the train station , ( literally next to the stairs) ,bunch of food , 100 m to Big-C shopping. Great HoA , maintenance. As the renter, I think its best choice, the rent is not high as Ari station . Now , this district is coming up, lots of cafe/restaurants newly opened. We enjoy walking to Jatujak park every now& then.

The Condominium is next to sky train ( Sapan Kwait station, Exit 4) in Paholyothin road. Convenient and safe.

The place is nice and affordable with a pool but it is "too" close to BTS and you can hear it if your room is facing it
