Nearest to BTS Krung thon, just 1 BTS station to Icon Siam Shopping mall, 1 BTS station to Chao Praya river pier. The condo is clean, breezy and very comfy.

A nice looking condo, just next to BTS. However, there is some structural problem with the building and vibrations coming from the ACs. I rented a corner apartment at the 15 th floor. The wall separating the bedroom and the balcony where are the ACs was hollow and was resonating when some of the ACs were turned on. You can barely notice it during the day, but when all the ACs start humming at night, it is impossible to sleep. It creates some weird vibrating noise coming from the walls and is most noticeable about 60 cm above the ground (where your head is when sleeping). This makes it very hard to explain the problem to the management who seem to think the problem does not exists. After 4 months of not being able to sleep and getting desperate, I left. Most probably this issue does not affect all the apartments, but I would not risk it.
