For a 4 star hotel we my wife and I were very disappointed. Restaurant food tasted terrible. Hotel is super old and smells really bad inside the rooms. Air conditioning is terrible. Only reason this hotel gets a 1 star is for the location. We won't be coming back to this 1 star hotel.

Water refill machine always broken, management does not care. Big rats near swimmimg pool, no one gives a damn. Building is full of pests, management never do anything. Other than good location, no positive thing about this building. Update: Now they removed water machines and have no plans to put new machines. Who the hell drinks expensive water from 7-11 daily? One of the lift is broken since 2 months and they are always extending deadline for repairing. Advice to management: Stop acting so stupid and do something for residents. Drinking water is basic necessity, stop being so dumb.
