Big good rooms. If renovated properly, it will be great. Building is good. But sometimes you can meet with weird neighbours who change building outlook and cause various problems. I hope management the team will fix it out. Strict rules are what they need.

I lived in fairtower for almost two years. The condo rooms are nice and big. At the time I lived there the pool was closed but it's now open. There was good airflow. Open the doors and windows and you don't need aircon. For 18-20k you can get a nice 2bed apartment

The women security guard really rude ,no manner , talk with visitor with no hospitality . People who want to rent or buy this place should re-think about it. Staff who work over here will theat you like an animals.
