Nice condo complex, has good street food options behind at the Huai Khwang market and 7/11 close by. Although a little far from the MRT station. Big C and Foodland are in walking distance down at "The Street".

Do not rent here! They will take all of your deposit money and claim you did all kinds of damage. Or, you might get nothing back, unless you call the office many, many times! They even charged us 800 baht to clean the air conditioners, and to replace the lining of the sink cabinet! This is normal maintenance the owner should pay for! The service is terrible. They will even hold your packages unless you go and complain. Terrible service. Greedy owners who do nothing to maintain the apartments, and then use your deposit money to take care of basic wear and tear. The pool is always dirty. They only run the filter one or two hours a day in the morning. Find another place to live.

Good place to stay and is super convenient , especially just 8min walk to the subway!
