Pool is not maintained, dirty, and littered with pigeon poop and chairs are all broken. It is a beautiful pigeon bath, but dangerous to swim in, as all of the bacteria from the sun roasted fecies is washed into the pool when it rains. The owner and Management need to get with it.

I am renting a furnished studio in the building and it is so close to skytrain that in itself is fantastic. It is clean, water pressure great, gym, pool, parking garage. It basically has everything one would need.
