An upscale and very secure condo complex. Extremely conveniently located close enough to infamous Pattaya walking street, as well as Beach Rd., both of which are within walking distance from the Condo complex. The building is very clean, and good upkeep. The building has a convenient restaurant (good prices, descent food) if you don't feel like going out, as well as a massage shop. There is also a pool table, and am exercise room. The building has wifi, which is accessible just about everywhere. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.

G floor front table female staffs with extra bad and rude service behaviors. Doing nothing useful, customers give very bad recommends about them. Bad staffs like that will bring terrible affects about this condominium. Human resources department suggest to solve problems as soon as possible. training them or stoping hire them. Thank you.

Very nice brand new condominium in Pattaya City. A lot of fully furnished apartments for rent and for sale. Studios, 1- or 2-bed apartments in 5 minutes from city centre. There's a swimming pool, sauna, gym, coffee shop and parking. Highly recommended!
