Very nice place but keep in mind that they charge double for electric at 7 per kw when government rate is 3.5 per kw so check who your renting condo from to see what rate they are paying. Other than my 8000baht for power for 2 months stay its a great place. 3 stars but could have been a 5

I like staying at the place. It is well equipped and reasonably well located for access to many entertainment areas. The security people are helpful as well. The only downside is the miserable and generally unhelpful office staff, which you luckily do not deal with too much.

New yes, but not very clean. Bathroom sink stinks. Kitchenette sink smells bad. Very thin walls between the rooms, noisy in the corridors: loud guests in the night, loud stuff in the morning. Wake me up many time. Swimming pool looks good, yes. But if I cant sleep good and cant rest good becouse of noise , Im not happy.
