I was living in the 42nd floor for 2.5 years. The view is spectacular and the rooms are quite big. Gym and pool also very nice and the view from the Sky Lounge is gorgeous, but you are not allowed to do there anything except sitting there and chat (no food, no drinks ...). Unfortunately the owner never agreed to do any preventive maintenance on the AC and it failed regularly every half a year, which means you have no AC for some days until it is repaired. Once they found as well many burned cables in the suspended ceiling due to the overload of the never cleaned AC. Finally the electricity bill was abnormally high and I guess this was caused by all these electricity issues as still some more cables need to be replaced.
