Centric Scene Sukhumvit 64

Very goooooooood

The peacful and lovely flat with best community especially comfort size just 245 units in the buildind, enough of parking lots for all not that easy where you can get it on Thai favourite No.1 main road whichs name Sukhumvit!!

Been living here 3 yrs and loving my time here. Building is not new but well-maintenanced both technically and aesthetically. Have plentiful of staff to maintain the building compared to the number of rooms. Staffs are friendly, pleasant on top of hard-working. Nice mixture of residence comprised of foreigners and Thais in good balance (meaning almost equal ratio of all races). Location-wise, it just keeps getting better with walking distance to 2 BTS stations with sky-walk with roof which is also connected to True Digital Park 101 with plentiful of restaurants and Tops supermarket. Also several more office tower building, modern green-conscious community complex, condos to be opened. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is they are not pet-friendly condo. That's the only reason I'm keeping my eyes open for another place so I can have a pet.
