We moved here in September of 2020. The main reason was its location as my son, who is 10 goes to Mae pra Fatima School which is next door. I mean next door! You can get to the school quickly and safely in the morning and in the afternoon. Location is so important. But the area around is really interesting too, lots of places to eat and great local markets. It is great if you have a car and want to get away from Bangkok, main roads and express ways are on your doorstep. If you need MRT or SkyTrain or Airport link they are all very close. The rooms and facilities in the condo are really good too. Best of it is really affordable. Rent starts at about 9,000 Baht a month.
