I've been living here for 12 years. Great location in an area that is improving all the time, with new condos, shops and restaurants adding to it. Near all transport links and the river.

On good location

My family and I have lived here for around 25 years. Still in good condition and in a good location for ready access to shopping malls, express ways, and Suvanabhumi airport. Units are larger than many recently built condos. Main drawback is heavy truck traffic to and from Bangkok port.

Getting better every week. The gardens and pool are looking great. Blue clear water.
