The location is excellent, less than 100 metres from BTS Ratchathewi. There are 2 entrance from Petchaburi road and Phyathai road. A lot of parking space, if you dont have a resident sticker, it is 100 Baht a day. Facilities is good a big swimming pool, gym, sauna, squash court, and library in each building.
