Me and my boyfriend rented this place for the days spend in Bangkok , the building was veryyyy clean, the apartment 2 . however it was hellll to find the place , we where bag packing so it made it easier to go through the dirty roads because de taxi left us like in the Main Street and we had to find it ourself. And because the highline (metro) was not ready , we had to walk soooo much to get transportation to the city center. but the fotos are real ! xd I I was a good experience overalll .

THE ORIGIN COMPANY CHEATED ME :'( The incident was of June 2017, when I saw this property and contact B-Loft Sales Team where the Origin Sales Person (Mr. Aof - Suriya Lakammee) assisted me for showing the property. After price negotiations and checking all the documents (provided by Origin Company), I paid the House Booking Fee to Origin SCB Bank Account (Account # 304-2-XXXXX-6) and start processing the bank work for the home loan (which was done in couple of weeks), after that when I was completely ready to pay all the amount in cash plus bank loan, at that point of time Origin Company informed my that particular apartment belong to some other buyer who was not able to pay monthly installment and that's why we are selling to you but now the previous owner want the apartment back and he is able to pay all the amount. It was the SHOCK OF MY LIFE, I already paid the booking fee + I already set-up the Bank Loan and at very last you are telling me that this apartment belong to someone else. After that I tried to contact the management of the ORIGIN GROUP but no one want to help me, I asked for the compensation but they are not ready to help me (they just returned my booking fee + paid the minimum home loan cancellation charges to the bank) but no one listened me or help me!!!
