Guards and staff are very friendly and helpful. Less than than 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of beach-side bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk north or south on Jomtien Beach. You can also catch a songtaew to central Pattaya for 10 baht. Amenities are clean, well maintained, and in great condition. Nice pool on the 5th floor. Coming from a Westerners perspective, it's a great place to live and excellent value for what you pay.

I actually live in this condo community and enjoy living here. The facilities are very nice and modern. I highly recommend the Aeras condominums. I give them 5 stars..
