I lived there for several years. It's a reasonable place to live, much more reasonably-priced than other condos in the area. The pool is tiny and oddly-shaped, but hey... It's a pool. The street is both an upside and a downside. It's a dead end, so it's quiet (aside from roving vendors) but you'll want wheels. I got a bicycle for local trips.

Beautiful room, quiet, good parking space. Walk to BTS far

In the Ari neighborhood. Quiet street, swimming pool although small, it is a good location also because it is a short distance from the btr.
