Very old, terrible jurisdiction office and management. Very noisy, terrible carpark. Sounds like a building site 7 days a week.

A truly hidden gem located in the heart of Bangkok city with a large community garden stretched along three residential buildings (two are under construction at the time of writing). Unlike other condominiums in proximity (or any condos honestly), this condo has its own parking building separated from residential buildings meaning less noise and air pollutions.

Good location, walking distance from Tesco, Central Lad Prao, union mall etc. However, the maintenance is terrible- bad cockroach infestation, and a lot of the staff are not nice at all.
