Love this quiet place of residence. Guards are really helpful. However hope they could improve on the facilities

Not popularly known to taxi drivers unless you use the grab app, which will prove to be a problem if the driver that you got cannot speak/understand english, but this is a quiet place to stay away from all the city noise. There is a free shuttle around the area, a grocery place and other amenities.

It is over ten years old condominium. First of all, they are very quiet condo which is good for residence. Behind the condo is a canal and moslim community. At first 2 years of its built, they had a community mall outside, 3 minutes walkway called "Picadaily Mall". This mall has many shops, convenience store (Max Value), restaurant, items for sale, however, they do not stay long and then closed. Probably because the price is too high, People rarely walk but do snap shots. Nowadays, its still popular place for taking pictures
