It's located between bts udomsuk and punnawitti. If you take a walk from those stations, it will take 10 to 15mins. If you are looking for the room to rent, it offers much cheaper cost than other condos near bts station. Yes, bike taxis are available in front of the gate. Only a problem would be flooding in the morning time. Flooding water comes to the gate. You can not reach the sidewalk on the street. Well, this will happen only a few times a year...don't think too much. If you want to save the cost but want to have roomy flat, this condo is better.

Well, I rented the condo without seeing real because I was in another province. Images are look like nice and clean room and big. In reality It's big but it's old need to renovate both external and internal at least painting new color. I can't even use the pool even I know the water is clean but all around black dirty walls, broken wooden floor look so nasty. I better recommend the opposite condo S&S for about the same renting cost.

Little far from city . Close to BTS . If you want a quiet and good place to rent ... not bad choice at all
